("StockHunt", "we", "us", or "our") operates hyper-liquid quantitative infrastructure, perpetual futures interfaces (CoinIQ DEX), AI strategy builders, and institutional Order Management Systems (OMS). This Privacy Policy applies to all users, institutional partners, and visitors across our Web3 non-custodial decentralized protocols, centralized interfaces, and mobile/web applications. We are committed to transparency and safeguarding user privacy in accordance with global standards including GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection laws.

We collect minimal necessary data required to deliver high-performance execution, maintain protocol integrity, and fulfill compliance obligations: • On-Chain & Web3 Protocol Data: Public blockchain wallet addresses, transaction hashes, smart contract interactions, gas parameters, and perpetual position logs. As a non-custodial interface, StockHunt NEVER collects or stores your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. • Technical & Network Diagnostics: IP address (used for geographic compliance and anti-sybil filtering), device fingerprints, operating system type, browser type, latency metrics, and API request telemetry. • Account & Communication Data: Corporate email address, institution name, support ticket payloads, and contact form inquiries submitted for institutional services.

We process collected data solely for legitimate technical, operational, and security purposes: • Protocol Operations: Executing non-custodial perpetual trades, routing smart orders, and calculating real-time margin/funding rates. • Platform Security: Detecting wash trading, front-running, bot exploits, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized access attempts. • AI Model Optimization: Processing aggregated, anonymized market data to refine predictive AI trade signals and strategy backtest engines. • Compliance & Verification: Enforcing geographic restrictions (OFAC/FATF sanctions compliance) and verifying institutional account access.

We use essential functional cookies and local storage items to preserve user interface preferences (such as selected language, chart layouts, and active trading pairs). We do NOT deploy intrusive third-party tracking pixels or commercial ad-targeting scripts.

StockHunt does NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or transaction data. Data is disclosed only in the following limited circumstances: • Decentralized Nodes & RPC Providers: Public transaction payloads transmitted to decentralized RPC nodes and blockchain validators to settle requested trades. • Infrastructure Providers: Secured data transfers to Tier-1 co-located data centers and cloud infrastructure bound by strict non-disclosure obligations. • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Disclosure to regulatory authorities or law enforcement only when strictly mandated by valid legal process or binding court orders.

StockHunt deploys defense-in-depth security to protect platform telemetry and user communications: • Transit & Storage Encryption: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 bit encryption for data at rest. • Hardware Security Modules (HSM): System API keys and infrastructure controls are isolated inside FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Hardware Security Modules. • Self-Custody Guarantee: Smart contract interactions run directly from your self-custodial Web3 wallet, eliminating centralized custody risk.

Depending on your location (including EU/EEA and California), you hold specific rights regarding your personal information: • Access & Export: Right to request a summary of off-chain personal data maintained by StockHunt. • Erasure & Rectification: Right to request deletion of off-chain personal records, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. • Note on On-Chain Immutable Data: Transactions recorded directly on public blockchains are permanent and cannot be altered or deleted.
